摘要
隔膜压缩机膜片是隔膜压缩机中最易损坏的部件。运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对隔膜压缩机膜片的受力进行分析,研究阀孔处的应力状态,并根据隔膜压缩机膜片应力的分布情况,提出了相关预防膜片破裂的措施,对于隔膜压缩机膜片应力分析具有理论和现实意义。
The diaphragm is the easiest damaged part in the diaphragm compressor. The stress state of diaphragm in diaphragm compressor is analyzed by the FEA software ABAQUS, and the stress of valve is also analyzed. Through the analysis, the stress distribution of diaphragm is got, and some relevant measures to prevent diaphragm rupture were made. It has theoretieal and practical significance for the stress analysis of diaphragm.
