摘要
在一个平面内四个齿轮封闭外传动,相邻两齿轮满足啮合条件,但是四个齿轮只有在特定的条件下才能同时啮合。通过对一个已经成功解决的实例进行总结,给出了两种使多齿轮封闭外传动正确啮合的计算方法和程序及计算结果分析,并进行了验证。另外对内啮合的装配条件提出了新的看法。
In a plane four-gear transmission, two adjacent gears can meet the mesh conditions, but it is only under a certain condition that four gears can simultaneously mesh each other. This paper, by summarizing a successful case, gives two calculation methods to make multi-gear trans-mission well meshing, and also provides the program, the analysis of calculating results as well as a verification for it. Furthermore, it puts forward a new idea for meshing of internal assembly condition.
