摘要
2008年1月中旬至2月上旬间,江西电网遭遇严重的冰灾事故,电网的稳定运行与可靠供电面临巨大的挑战。其中1月21日江西电网与华中主网解列运行期间,电网内500kV骨干线路南梦线跳闸,导致稳控装置动作切除网内一台600MW级大机组,系统频率急剧下降,低周减载装置动作切除负荷444MW。简要介绍此次事故经过,分析事故原因,总结经验教训,并据此对今后大电网的稳定运行提出相应的建议。
In the middle of January and early February, the stability and reliability of Jiangxi power grid is seriously challenged because of unusual ice disaster. Particularly on January 21st, Jiangxi power grid was separated from the Central China power grid. After one key 500kV Nan-Meng transmission line was tripped, the stability control system started to switch offa 600 MW generator. Because of lacking sufficient generation, system frequency dropped rapidly and the low frequency load shedding system cut off a lot of load. This paper presents the contingency analysis and proposes a few suggestions, aiming at strengthening the stability of real-time power grid operation.
