摘要
目的建立测定清胃黄连片中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法用70%甲醇提取,色谱柱为AgilentC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水-冰醋酸(43∶52∶2)为流动相,检测波长为278nm。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.1256～1.0048μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.86%,RSD=0.9%,(n=6)。结论HPLC法能消除其他成分的干扰,方法准确可靠、重现性好、操作简便快速,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a determining method for baicaline in Qingwei Huanglian Tablets by HPLC. Methods Baicaline was ex- tracted from Qingwei Huanglian Tablets by 70% methanol. To use the Agilent C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） as the stationary phase, methanol-H2O-glacial acetic acid（43 ： 52：2） as the mobile phase. The wavelength of detection was at 278 nm. Results The cali- bration curve showed the good linearity within the range of 0. 125 6-1.004 8 μg, the average recovery rate was 98.86% （RSD=0.9%）. Conclusion This method can eliminate the interference of other components. It is accurate, precise and simple, which can be available for the quality control in Qingwei Huanglian Tablets.
