药用炭颗粒剂成型工艺研究

摘要 目的确定药用炭颗粒剂的成型(制粒)工艺条件。方法考察不同粘合剂及粘合剂的不同用量对制剂的溶化性、粒度等基本性能的影响,优选出合适的粘合剂及最佳用量。结果最佳制粒工艺条件为药用炭粉末用20%的PVPK30水溶液制粒,PVPK30的用量为药用炭粉的20%。成品颗粒的流动性好,临界相对湿度约为50%。结论本试验为药用炭颗粒工艺条件的确定及生产环境的控制提供了科学依据。 Objective To determine the molding process conditions of the medicinal carbon granules. Methods To investigate the effect of different adhesives and their amounts on the solubility and granularity of the preparation as basic properties of the medicinal carbon particles for optimizing the suitable adhesive and the optimal amount. Results The best conditions for the granulating process: granulating the medicinal charcoal powders with 20% aqueous solution of PVPK30. The amount of PVPK30 was 20% amount of the medicinal charcoal powders. The finished granular products had good fluidity with the critical relative humidity of about 50%. Conclusion The results provide the scientific experimental basis for determining the technology conditions of medicinal carbon granules and controlling the production environment.
