环脂肽化学结构及鉴定方法研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 环脂肽是微生物次级代谢产物,由亲水的肽环与亲油的脂肪烃组成。除具有良好的降低界面张力外,还具有抗真菌、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等生物学功能,在医药学方面具有良好的应用前景,我国环脂肽类生物表面活性剂的研究还处在起步阶段。在查阅大量国内外文献资料基础上,对环状脂肽化学结构及鉴定方法等方面进行综述。 Cyclic lipopeptide (CLP) is a kind of secondary metabolite produced by microbial fermentation, which is made up of hydrophilic peptide ring and hydrophobic fatty acid alkyl. In addition to decrease interfaeial tension, CLP also has antifungal, antitumoral, antiviral properties and shows wide and promising application perspective in medicine and pharmacology. However, researches concerning CLP are rarely in our nation. This review summarized chemical structure and identification methods.
