摘要 介绍一般旋涡泵的原理、结构特点,旋涡泵浮动式叶轮与流道环端面存在相摩擦现象,叶轮损坏影响了泵的性能。分析了叶轮受力情况,在平衡轴向力和保证叶轮与流道环轴向间隙前提下,对叶轮进行定位,延长叶轮的使用周期,降低维修成本。 The principles and structural characteristics of vortex pump were introduced in this article. In vortex pump, there is the phenomenon of friction, which is possible to damage the impeller so as to affect the feature of the pump between floating impeller and the end floating ring. After the analysis of loading condition for the impeller, it was pointed out that with the premise of balancing axial force and fixing the axial gap between impeller and the end of floating ring, the positioning of the impeller can prolong the usage period of the impeller, decrease the repair cost and enhance the reliability of the operation.
