Discussion of Causes Inducing Shaft Holding Occurred in Main Pump in South China Piping Net

对华南管网主输泵的概况及主输泵发生抱轴故障的情况进行了介绍,初步分析了主输泵抱轴的原因:发生抱轴故障主要是由泵的异常振动造成的。结合成品油长输管道运行的特点,重点分析了管道输送汽油和管道低流量输送对泵振动的影响,并就防止主输泵出现异常振动提出了一些对策。

The situation of main pump used in south China piping net and the fault of shaft holding occurred in the main pump were introduced. The cause of shaft holding was analyzed as the abnormal vibration of the pump. Combined with the characteristics of refined oil transportation piping, the influences of gasoline transportation and oil transportation with low volume to the vibration in pump were analyzed. Then, some methods to protect the abnormal vibration in pump were proposed.
