摘要 单轴承电机相对双轴承电机而言,少了一个前轴承,电机轴与压缩机轴采用刚性连接,在某种程度上,压缩机的后轴承替代了取消了的电机前轴承的功能,因此,该设计简化了电机的结构,同时由于减少了一个轴承,也就减少了摩擦,降低了能耗。介绍了意大利厂家Nuovo pignone生产的安装于沙特某炼厂的柴油加氢装置的2HG/2型往复式压缩机安装工程施工的技术关键。 Relative to double bearing motor, one bearing is less in single bearing motor, and the stiff connection is used between motor and the shaft of compressor. To some extent, the function of the front bearing in double bearing motor is overtaken by the sole bearing in single bearing motor, which simplifies the structure of motor. Because there is one bearing less, both the friction and the energy loss will decrease. In this article, the key technique of installation for 2HG/2 reciprocating compressor, which was produced by one I- talian Manufacturer Nuovo Pignone and is used in diesel hydrogenation construction installed in Saudi Arabia, was introduced.
