在分析老子的管理哲学、孙子的战略思想的基础上,探讨《老子》与《孙子兵法》战略思想的辩证统一性。与现代战略管理理论相结合,分析企业管理目标的两大战略转移:从有形资源管理为重心转向以无形资源管理为重心,从以盈利为首要目标转向以谋取长期竞争优势为首要目标。

To study the dialectical unity of Lao Zi and Military Science of Sun Tzu is on the basis of analysis on management philosophy of Lao Zi and strategic ideology of Sun Tzu. To combine with modern strategic management theories, the paper has also analyzed the relative two shifts of strategy of enterprises management targets. One shift is emphasis from visible resources management to invisible resources management. The other shift is from profiting as the primary object to obtaining long-term competitive advantages as the primary object.
