Study on numerical simulation of characteristics of micro-fan with complex-impellers

摘要 采用计算流体力学(CFD)软件FLUENT,对一种不同于传统径向式和轴向式的德国产燃烧器供风风机性能进行了模拟,并将其和同类型不同参数的叶轮进行了比较,测出了其qV-p曲线,对该风机叶片的特殊性能进行了分析。结果表明,该风机可以提供一个脉动的压力变化,使该风机在供风增压的同时可以将燃烧器内的积灰吹走。经过实验验证,建立在理想工况下的数值模拟与试验实测值有一定的误差,但并不影响数值模拟对流场分析的参考意义。 Using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software FLUENT, the performance of some wind fan ,which is different from the traditional radial and axial ones,was simulated ,and compared with other impellers with different parameters. Additionally, its qv-P curve was measured. The results show that the fan can provide a pulse of changing pressure, which blows away the fouling as supplying air. After experimental verification, it is showed that there are some errors between the numerical simulation under the ideal condition and the experiment, but the errors don't affect the value of the numerical simulation as reference.
