摘要
介绍基于ArcIMS的应急平台地图发布系统设计方案,给出了系统的基本开发流程,对系统的界面定制和功能实现中的技术问题作了详细讨论。系统能够满足应急平台网络信息发布的功能要求和用户需求的信息。
This paper introduced the blue print of Map Publication System of Emergency Platform based on ArclMS, presented the basic development flow of system, and discussed the technology problems of customizing UI and implementing functions in detail. This system can meet the different functional requirements of Information Publication of Emergency Platform and demands of different users.
