陶潜的诗,自唐以来或仿制,或应和,或研究其价值,从各方面体现出后人对他的推崇。但陶潜的诗序却很少有人注意,从现存的121首陶诗中,共有34首冠以诗序。陶潜诗的诗序是一篇篇完整的美文,有题旨,内容丰富,形式独特,风格朴素自然。透过这些诗序,同样能了解陶渊明的思想和艺术风格。因此,这些诗序是研究陶诗的重要材料,有着独特的价值。

The poems of Tao Qian has imitated ,or echoed , or studied its value since Tang dynasty. All kinds of aspects have embodied the highly praise from later generations. But the forewords of Tao Qian＇s poems have been noticed by fewer people. There are 34 forewords in his 121 poems. All of these are beautiful articles with complete means, rich content, unique form and natural style. From the forewords, we can understand his thought , the artistic style and so on. It is so important a material with unique value.
