One of goals of college English teaching is to cultivate the students＇ language communicative competence. This article is to present that in teaching practice , by means of input and output regulations , interaction teaching and language communicative competence development , the teacher uses College English Listening and Speaking Course to carry out college English teaching effectively . The students could express their ideas better in the different situation, achieve the goal of language learning and put language into practice, that is , the application of communicative function.
