上海市社区家庭备存药品调查清理情况分析

对社区2077户常住居民家庭备存药品保管情况进行调查，对过期药品进行清理。备存药品主要来源为医院（83．78％），药品存放大多缺乏必要高度（69．23％），贮存方式以盒装为多见（75．25％），大部分未按药品保质要求贮存（72．60％）。过期药品以内科种类为主（51．63％），过期时间中位数12个月。提示家庭备存药品存在一定不安全隐患。

Drug reservation was investigated in 2077 community residents. We found that most drugs were obtained from the hospitals （83.78%）, kept at a relatively lower place （69. 23% ）, packed in box （75.25%）, and did not meet the storage requirement （72. 60% ）. Half of the overdue drugs （ median time, 12 months） were used for internal treatment. This study suggests that there might be unsafe drug storage in communities.
