摘要
将本社区238例2型糖尿病患者分为强化组和对照组,对强化组患者给予个体化的糖尿病健康教育,对照组做常规的原则性糖尿病普及教育,观察48周后两组血糖控制情况。治疗48周,强化组血糖[(7.1±0.8)mmoL/L]、糖化血红蛋白[(7.0±1.3)%]均低于对照组[(9.3±6.5)mmol/L与(8.0±1.0)%],两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),说明个体化教育可帮助患者有效控制血糖。
This study was to evaluate the effect of individualized health education on blood glucose control in type 2 diabetic (T2D) patients. Two hundred and thirty-eight T2D patients were randomly received individualized diabetes education (intervention group) or general education (control group). At 48 week, change of blood glucose control from baseline was observed. The blood glucose level and HbAlc in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group [ ( 7. 1 ± 0. 8 ) vs (9. 3±6. 5 ) mmol/L, (7. 0± 1.3 ) % vs (8.0% ±1.0) % ; P 〈 0. 05 ]. Thus, individualized diabetes education might be helpful for blood glucose control in T2D patients.
