睾丸大B细胞淋巴瘤病例报告及文献复习

Case Report of the Testicular Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma and Literature Review

目的探讨睾丸弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的临床病理学特点、病理诊断及鉴别诊断。方法睾丸弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的组织病理学观察及免疫组织化学检测。结果本例睾丸弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤瘤细胞由中到大淋巴样细胞组成。免疫组化:LCA及CD20为阳性;CD3、CD30、CD117及CK为阴性。结论睾丸弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤多为外周活化的B细胞起源,其预后差,易复发和转移;病理活检加免疫组化对肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要意义。

Objective To discuss the pathology features, pathology diagnose as well as the differential diagnosis of the testieular diffuse large B - cell lymphoma. Methods Testicular diffuse large B - cell lymphoma is investigated by pathology and immunohistochemistry. Results In this ease, the testicular diffuse large B - cell lymphoma is composed of medium or large lymphocytes. Immtmohistochemistolly, tumor cells LCA and CD20 in these tumors all exhibited positive, while CD3, CD30, CDl17 and CK proved nega- tive. Condusiolls The peripheral activation B - cell is the source of most of the testieular diffuse large B - cell lymphoma . Pathology biopsy and immunohistochemistry are very important for tumor diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
