文化对德育的影响机制是具有规律性的作用模式。这种模式表现为文化对德育的外部影响机制和内部影响机制。外部影响机制是指文化作为一种环境因素,通过一定的形式、渠道和媒介把信息传导给德育主体,不同的德育主体通过对文化环境中所含信息进行不同的理解与选择,进而产生对德育建构的影响;它主要通过文化对德育的信息传导、选择、重组等实现。内部影响机制是指文化作为德育的母体,为德育系统的建构提供基本的价值导向及内容规范,进而规定和制约着德育系统内部各要素的存在与发展;它主要通过文化对德育内部要素的预设、建构、导向、规范等实现。外部机制和内部机制的有机结合是文化促进德育发展的重要动力。
