2007年国内外大型钢铁企业在中国公开的专利分析

ANALYSIS ON PATENTS PUBLISHED IN CHINA BY MAJOR STEEL ENTERPRISES AT HOME AND ABROAD IN 2007

2007年中国国家知识产权局公开国内宝钢、鞍钢、武钢等9家大型钢铁企业专利1218件,国外新日铁、浦项等5家大型钢铁企业专利277件。国内专利中发明专利481件,占国内9家企业专利总数的39.5%,实用新型737件,占60.5%。国内9家企业专利中宝钢的专利最多,共723件(其中发明专利238件)。国外5家企业专利全部为发明专利,其中日本神户制钢专利最多,达110件。为了解国内外大型钢铁企业2007年在中国公开的专利技术情况,对中国国家知识产权局公开的上述14家大型钢铁企业发明专利的主要内容和特点进行了简要概述分析。

In 2007 total 1218 pieces of patents owned by 9 domestic major steel enterprises such as Baogang Steel Group, Angang Steel Group and Wugang Steel Group were published in State Intellectual Property Office of the People＇ s Republic of China （hereinafter referred to as China） while total 277 pieces of patents owned by 5 foreign major steel enterprises such as Nippon Steel Corporation and POSCO were, too. Among those domestic patents, 481 pieces of them are patents of invention, 737 pieces are utility models, covering 39.5% and 60.5% of total patents owned by 9 domestic major steel enterprises respectively. Particularly Baogang Steel Group was No.1 in respect to the amount of 723 pieces of patents （including 238 pieces of patents of invention）. On the other hand, total 277 pieces of patents owned by 5 foreign major steel enterprises are all patents of invention and Kobe Steel Corporation was leading in amount by 110 pieces of patents. Analysis on patents of invention owned by 14 steel enterprises above mentioned was carried out and then corresponding characteristics were demonstrated in this paper so as to get the latest trend of patents of invention published in 2007 in China.
