Study on Chinese Suburban Housing Practice

反思人类对宜居小群体居住形态的生理需求,并归纳出该形态的主要特点,进而落实到在中国郊区建设宜居小群体有待解决的四个问题:最佳居住密度、空间形态模板、交往推动体系、开发单元规模。

This paper rethinks human physiologic needs on habitation modality for small group of habitant. It sums up the main features of the modality, and raises four problems to be solved in constructing amenity for small group of habitant in domestic suburban area： the optimum habitable density, model of spatial modality, promoting system for association, scale of unit development.
