超敏C-反应蛋白与低水平肌钙蛋白Ⅰ对急性心肌梗死的诊断及预后价值 被引量：6

摘要 急性冠状动脉综合征（acute coronary syndrome，ACS）临床可出现不稳定心绞痛、AMI、心律失常引起的死亡。很多研究证实炎症在ACS中的突出作用，CRP作为急性时相反应蛋白，是临床上最有效的炎症标志物之一，在排除感染、损伤和肿瘤等情况下，心肌坏死、斑块脱落发生后出现升高，升高幅度与冠状动脉病变严重程度密切相关。
