摘要
2006年11月采集了镇江地区69个土壤表层样品,利用ASE萃取后使用GC(ECD)法测定样品中的BHC和滴滴涕的含量。结果表明,镇江地区土壤中的BHC的检出率不高,但是滴滴涕的检出率比较高;冲积平原的检出率高于林地和滩涂;蔬菜和水稻种植区域的污染比草地、灌木丛和林地要严重。
Gathered 69samples of surface layer soil, to be extracted by ASE and then be analyzed the contents of BHC and DDT by GC (ECD). The results showed that, in the soil of Zhenjiang region, the deteetion rate of BHC be not high, but DDT be higher relatively; The deteetion rate in the alluvial plain be higher than in the wood land and in the tidal fiat; the pollution in the vegetables and the riee plants be more severity than in the grassland, bush and the wood land.
