棒状杆菌引起眼部的感染 被引量:3

摘要 棒状杆菌属以往被认为是条件致病菌,一般无致病性,只有当机体抵抗力下降、外伤时才引起机体感染。但越来越多的证据表明棒状杆菌感染是眼部感染的一种重要病原菌。细菌外毒素的作用和细菌生物被膜的形成在棒状杆菌的致病机制中起重要的作用。棒状杆菌的耐药基因的不断检出显示了其坑药性不可预测,多重耐药日趋普遍。棒状杆菌对氟喹诺酮类、万古霉素较为敏感。此文仅就其在眼部感染、耐药以及预防等方面的主要问题作一综述。
