小腿外侧皮支皮瓣修复手背软组织缺损

Treatment of soft tissue defects of the hand by lateral leg perforator flap

目的报告游离小腿外侧皮支皮瓣修复手背软组织缺损的临床效果。方法6例手背软组织缺损患者，皮肤缺损面积为6．0cm×5．0cm-14．0cm×10．0cm，采用游离小腿外侧皮支皮瓣修复，皮瓣切取面积为7．0cm×6．0cm～16．0cm×12．0cm。结果术后6例皮瓣全部存活，随访时间为6个月至3年，皮瓣质地、色泽良好，手外形与功能改善满意，皮瓣痛觉、深触觉存在。小腿创面均Ⅰ期愈合，下肢功能无影响。结论小腿外侧皮支皮瓣修复手背软组织缺损，术后效果良好，是理想术式之一。

Objective To report the clinical outcomes of the treatment of soft tissue defects of dorsum of the hand by lateral leg perforator flap. Methods Six eases of soft tissue defects of dot＇sum of the hand were treated by free lateral leg perforator flap. The area of soft tissue defect measured 6.0 cm × 5.0 cm to 14.0 cm×10.0 cm. The minimum and maximum area of the flap harvested was 7.0 cmx 6.0 cm and 16.0 cm× 12.0 cm respectively. Results All the flaps survived. The followed-up period ranged from 6 months to 3 years. The texture and color of the flaps were good. The appearance and function of the hand were satisfactory. The flaps had pain and deep touch sensation. The lateral leg donor area healed primarily. The function of the leg was not affected. Conclusion The lateral leg perforator flap is an optima/ method for repairing soft tissue defects of dorsum of the hand.
