3.0T磁共振SWI序列对颅内海绵状血管畸形的诊断价值 被引量:32

摘要 目的探讨3.0T磁共振磁敏感加权成像(SWI)对颅内海绵状血管瘤(CM)诊断的敏感性。方法采用3.0T磁共振SWI序列,回顾性分析经DSA或病理证实的42例颅内CM患者的影像学资料,并与常规磁共振cMRI(SE-T1WI、FSE-T2WI)、传统T2*WI和CT进行对照。结果42例CM患者,SWI共检出病灶156个,T2*WI121个,cMRI94个,CT73个。对相同层面同时显示的52个CM病灶的面积进行测量,SWI平均2.1cm2,T2*WI平均1.9cm2,cMRI平均1.6cm2,CT平均1.5cm2。CM在SWI序列上主要表现为多发"黑点"征,或"爆米花"样高信号周围包绕"铁环"征。结论SWI对颅内CM诊断敏感性高,具有重要临床应用价值。 Objective To exolore the sensitivity of susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) in diagnosis of cavernous angioma (CM). Methods Imaging data of 42 patients with CM proved by DSA or pathology obtained on GE 3.0T MR system were studied retrospectively and compared to those of traditional T2^* WI, conventional MRI (cMRI) and CT. Results A total of 156 lesions were detected by SWI, 121 by T2^* WI, 94 by cMRI and 73 by CT. For the 52 simultaneously displayed lesions, the average abnormal area was 2.1 cm^2 on SWI, 1.9 cm^2 on T2^* WI, 1.6 cm^2 on cMRI and 1.5 cm^2 on CT. The characteristic feature of CM on SWI was the crinosity hypo-singal ‘black doct' or hyper-singal ‘popcom’ surrounding hypo- singal ‘iron-band’. Conclusion SWI is of high sensitivity for the diagnosis of CM.
