摘要
目的观察多层螺旋CT肺血管造影(MSCTPA)在肺动脉栓塞诊断中的应用价值。方法对临床拟诊肺栓塞的19例患者行胸部增强扫描,对原始数据采用MIP、VRT及MPR技术对肺动脉进行三维重建。结果CT诊断肺动脉栓塞12例。病变累及肺动脉主干、肺叶动脉、肺段及亚段动脉共104支。结论多层螺旋CT肺血管造影无创、快速、敏感性高,是诊断肺动脉栓塞的首选检查方法,并能为疗效判断提供客观依据。
Objective To study the role of pulmonary angiography with multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism (PE). Methods Nineteen patients suspected of pulmonary emholism were examined with CT pulmonary angiography, and the technique of maximum intensity projection (MIP), volume rendering technique (VRT) and multiplanar reformation (MPR). Results PE was diagnosed in 12 of 19 patients, and 104 branches were detected, including main pulmonary arteries, lobar arteries, segment arteries, and deuto-segment arteries. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT pulmonary angiography is non-invasive, fast and highly sensitive for diagnosis of PE.
