摘要
新生儿低血糖脑病威胁新生儿的生命和健康。MR扩散成像与MRS能够清晰显示顶枕叶及潜在白质包括胼胝体压部的异常,有助于评价早期新生儿低血糖脑病的存在及其受损范围。
Neonatal hypoglycemie encephalopathy can cause permanent neurological sequelae. Conventional MRI been proven sensitive for detecting lesions and their evolution over time. Diffusion MRI and proton MRS revealed a predominance of observing abnormalities in the parieto-occipital lobes and underlying white matter including the splenium of the corpus callo-sum, being helpful to evaluating the extent and the presence of neuronal damage early in the course of neonatal hypoglycaemic encephalopathy.
