颌面骨畸形整形外科先进技术的现状及展望 被引量:2

摘要 颌面骨畸形系指因颌面骨发育异常或其他后天因素引起的颌面骨的体积、形态以及上下颌骨之间及其与颅面其他骨骼之间的关系异常,所致的颜面畸形。以研究和诊治颌面骨畸形为主要内容的学科国内为正颌外科、整形外科、颅颌面外科。颌面骨畸形的治疗已有百余年的历史,1849年Hullihen首先报道1例烧伤后瘢痕挛缩所致下颌骨畸形,通过截骨方式得以矫正,
