摘要
目的通过观察几丁糖应用与否纤维包膜厚度的变化,探讨几丁糖对纤维包膜厚度的影响,为临床探索一种能减少扩张后皮瓣纤维包膜厚度,从而减轻其弹性回缩作用的可行方法。方法制作应用几丁糖干预的埋置扩张器动物模型及自身对照模型各15例,扩张完成后取材制作HE染色切片,随机选取每组各15个视野应用显微标尺测量纤维包膜的厚度。并应用计算机图像分析系统计算全层皮瓣回缩率,了解两组之间的差异性。结果实验组纤维包膜厚度为(516.000±128.491)μm,对照组纤维包膜厚度为(833.000±227.379)μm,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组回缩率为(43.371±7.312)%,对照组回缩率为(45.637±6.613)%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论应用几丁糖干预纤维包膜的形成过程,可以使纤维包膜厚度变薄,从而降低其弹性回缩作用。
Objective To observe the change of fibrous capsular thickness around the expander, and to explore the effect of chitosan on the capsular thickness, in order to find a useful approach to diminish elastic shrinkage. Methods Two animal models (expander group and control group) were set up, in which expandor was embedded with or without chitosan interfere, 15 animals each group. Tissues around the expander were sampled and stained with HE in the experimental and control animals. 15 pieces of campus visualis were randomly selected in each group, and then thickness of fibrous capsules measured by use of a microscale, and the variability of data obtained in the two groups. The shrinkage rates of the full flap were also calculated by the computer image analysis system. Results The thickness of the fibrous capsule in the group treated with chitosan was (516. 000± 128. 491)μm, that in the control group was (833. 000±227. 379)μm, and the difference between two groups had statistic significance (P〈0.05). The shrinkage rate of the experimental group was (43. 371± 7. 312) %, that of the control group was (45.637 ± 6.613) %, and the difference of two groups also had statistic significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Chitosan interferes with the formation of fibrous capsule around the expander, so that its thickness is thinned and elastic recovery weaken.
