兔急性肺栓塞后左、右肺动脉流量差异变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨兔急性肺栓塞(APE)后左、右肺动脉流量差异的变化及其意义。方法建立兔APE模型,以多普勒超声心动图检测APE模型前、后的左、右肺动脉流量差异的变化。结果成功建立兔APE模型23只,通过多普勒超声心动图所获结果显示APE后主肺动脉、左、右肺动脉血流速度、VTI、Flow均较栓塞前减低(P<0.05),△VTI/mean、△Flow/mean均较栓塞前增大(P<0.05),单侧为重肺栓塞显著。结论APE后左、右肺动脉流量的分布发生了明显的改变,左、右肺动脉流量差异变化率(△VTI/mean、△Flow/mean)增大,单侧为重肺栓塞显著。 Objective To explore bilateral pulmonary arterial flow discordance of rabbits model with acute pulmonary embolism(APE)monitored by Doppler echocardiography.Methods Acute pulmonary embolism of rabbits models were established with gelatin sponge as embolus,and then bilateral pulmonary arterial flow discordance of pro-embolism and post-embolism was obtained with Doppler echocardiography.Results Twenty-three rabbit models of APE were successfully established.Compared with pro-embolism,the blood velocities and velocity-time integrals,flow(VM,VL,VR,VTIM,VTIL,VTIR,FlowM,FlowL,FlowR)of post-embolism decreased(P〈0.05),and △VTI/mean,△Flow/mean of post-embolism increased(P〈0.05),especially for the right or left dominant type.Conclusion The increase of the percentage differences in bilateral pulmonary arterial TVI and flow(△VTI/mean,△Flow/mean)may have significant value in diagnosing the acute pulmonary embolism.
