摘要
目的探讨超声引导下穿刺组织块接种制作兔肝VX2瘤模型的方法及评价超声检查在监测VX2肝癌中的应用价值。方法24只新西兰白兔超声引导下将VX2肿瘤组织块接种于兔肝脏内,接种后随机分为3组,每组8只,分别于接种后10、14、21d行超声检查,并于检查后处死动物,行病理检查。结果兔VX2肝肿瘤接种成功率为95.83%(23/24),超声表现为圆形或类圆形低回声结节,其周边血供丰富,中央血供稀少;各组超声所测肿瘤直径与病理所测直径之间差异均无统计学意义。结论超声引导下穿刺组织块接种制作兔肝VX2瘤模型方法简单,创伤小,成功率高。
Objective To establish a model of rabbit liver VX2 tumor with ultrasound-guided implantation of constitution mass.Methods Twenty four New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups(each n=8)after the VX2 constitution masses were implanted into the liver of rabbits under guidance of ultrasound.Ultrasonography was performed at 10,14 and 21 days after implantation,and the rabbits were then executed and pathological examined.Results The success rate of implantation was 95.83%(23/24).Ultrasound showed that the tumor in the rabbit liver was a single spherical or sphere-alike hypoechoic nodes,and there were higher blood flow signals around the nodes.There was no statistical difference in the maximum tumor diameters measured by ultrasound and pathology.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided implantation with constitution mass of rabbit liver VX2 tumor model is easy and minimally invasive with high rate success.
