摘要
目的探讨使用模拟心率对心电压过低患者行64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的价值。方法对29例心电压过低患者,经呼吸训练,获取屏气后心率平稳期的时间和心率值,设置模拟心率行64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像。结果29例患者顺利完成检查,共计290段冠状动脉,其中129段冠状动脉显示为优,107段冠状动脉显示为良,优良率达到81.38%;屏气后扫描和屏气≥8s后扫描2组图像质量的优等率分别为27.78%、52.00%,χ2检验P<0.05,两组图像优等率差异有统计学意义。结论使用模拟心率在64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the value of coronary arterial imaging with simulated heart rate in patients with low electrocardiogram(ECG)peaks on 64-slice spiral CT.Methods Twenty-nine patients underwent 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery angiography with simulated heart rate.After breathholding training,it was possible to obtain a steady heart rate on ECG which was taken as simulated heart rate,and to get the time to steady heart rate.Results All 29 patients were successfully examined,and a total of 290 coronary artery segments were obtained,including 129 segments rated excellent and 107 segments rated as reduced but still diagnostic.Image quality of both rated segments was 81.38%.In the two groups including immediate CT check after breath holding and 8 seconds in advance breathholding before check,the images rated as excellent were 27.78% and 52.00%,respectively(χ^2=15.376,P〈0.05).Conclusion The usage of simulated heart rate in 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging has some extent applicable value.
