摘要 早产儿脑白质损伤(WMD)常造成永久性痉挛运动障碍(脑麻痹),学龄期25%~50%的患儿表现出广泛的认知和学习障碍,是最常见的早产儿脑损伤。影像学是白质病变的确诊依据。本文对WMD的MR诊断和预后判断做一综述。 In preterm survivors,the major consequence of brain white matter damage(WMD)is permanent motor impairment(i.e.cerebral palsy)ranging from mild to profound spastic motor deficits.By school age,25% to 50% of children manifest a broad spectrum of cognitive and learning disabilities.Brain WMD is the most common cause of brain injury in preterm infants.It is confirmed that WMD is only diagnosed by imaging.The diagnostic and prognostic value of MR in preterm infants with WMD was reviewed in this article.
