塔拉豆荚、塔拉粉质量影响因素分析 被引量:9

摘要 在中亚热带半湿润、南亚热带半干旱、半湿润三种不同气候类区、不同海拔等的塔拉产区于不同季节共采集塔拉样品34个,根据外观性状进行分类,分别测定单宁含量、颜色指数和水分,分析其决定塔拉产品质量的因素。结果表明:在三种气候类型下,不同产地和不同类别的塔拉之间单宁含量无显著性差异,不同季节所产的塔拉豆荚单宁含量之间无显著差异,但颜色指数之间具有显著性差异。雨季所产的豆荚颜色指数高,干季降雨量低于100 mL时所产豆荚的颜色指数较低,性状较好。通过颜色指数的散点图,可以初步把颜色指数分为三级:小于等于2、大于2并小于等于5、大于5。所有样品的水分含量均在安全储存范围内。 34 Tara pod samples were gathered from different altitude and different weather in mid -subtropical semihumid, southern subtropical semihumid and semiarid climate zones. The samples were classified by appearance characters. The tannin content, color index and the moisture content were determined to probe into the dominant factors of Tara quality. The result showed that: there was no significant difference on tannin content in different producing areas and kinds of Tara under the three collecting weather. There was significant difference in color index. The color index is higher in rainy season and lower in dry season that the rainfall was below 100 mm. The appearance character of Tara that had lower color index was well. The color index was classed into three grades by scatter diagram: ≤2, 〈2 and ≤5, 〉5. The moisture content of all samples was safe in store range.
