摘要
通过研究几个有代表性的农村地区的新农合运行资料,对农村地区转诊制度的运行现状、新农合制度对转诊状况的影响进行综合分析。提出了改善农村转诊状况,实现病人合理分流的政策建议。
By investigating the running information on NCMS in a number of representative rural areas, the study analyzes the status quo of the operation of the referral system and the influence of NCMS system on referral situation. It also offers some policy advices to improve the situation of referral in rural areas and to made reasonable reference of patients to proper hospitals.
