地上、地下不同深度对沼气罐产气的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用牲畜粪便和农作物秸秆作发酵原料,总固体含量为13%,发酵周期118天。结果表明,地上35℃沼气罐的原料TS产气率为231 L.kg-1,地上棚内沼气罐为144.1 L.kg-1,地上无阳光沼气罐为92.9 L.kg-1,地下0.8 m沼气罐为47.2 L.kg-1,地下1.6 m沼气罐为11.3 L.kg-1,地下3.2 m沼气罐为5.3 L.kg-1。哈尔滨市郊夏季月平均气温在14℃以上可达五个月,是沼气罐产气的黄金季节。地下3.2 m处无论是各月地温和年平均地温都在10℃以下,无论是产酸菌或产甲烷菌都要受到严重抑制,产气率极低,无利用价值。北方寒冷地区沼气池的修建,尤其是大中型沼气池离地表越浅越好。 Abstract: Using livestock manure and straw as raw material of biogas fermentation with total solid content of 13% and fer- mentation time of 118 days. The result showed that the 'IS gas production rate in digester on ground at 35℃ was 231 L·kg^-1 , and that in digester in greenhouse was 144.1 L·kg^-1 , that was 92.9 L·kg^-1 in digester on ground without sunlight heating, 47.2 L·kg^-1 in digester underground 0. 8 meter deep, 11.3 L·kg^-1 in digester underground 1.6 meter deep, and was 5.3 L·kg^-1 n digester underground 3.2 meter deep. Monthly average temperature in summer of Haerbin suburb is more than 14℃, and can continue 5 months, and that is golden season for gas production. The average temperature all year around at 3.2 meters deep underground are all lower than 10℃, bacterial are not active and gas production rate is low, so it is not suitable for biogas digester, especially for large and medium sized digester. The nearer to the earth surface, the better for the biogas digester.
