摘要
目的研究骨骼肌缺血再灌注后炎症因子的表达变化对血栓形成的危险性。方法选择14例择期肢体手术伴有缺血再灌注的患者,测定血栓素B2(TXB2)、前列腺环素(6-Keto-PGFIα)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、过氧化脂质(LPO)和一氧化氮(NO)的值,比较再灌注前后的改变。结果与再灌注前相比,肢体缺血再灌注后10 min,LPO显著升高;再灌注后18 min TXB2、TXB2/6-Keto-PGFIα、IL-8和LPO均显著增高,NO显著降低。结论骨骼肌缺血再灌注后,炎症因子失控性变化是血栓形成的危险因素。
Objective To study the role of the cytokine expression after ischemia-reperfusion of skeletal muscle in thrombosis.Methods The levels of thromboxane B2(TXB2),6-keto-PGF1α,interleukin-8(IL-8),lipid peroxide(LPO) and nitric oxide(NO) were measured in 14 cases undergoing selective operation on the limbs before and at 10,18min after ischemia-reperfusion.Results Compaered with those before,LPO increased significantly at 10min after reperfusion,TXB2,6-keto-PGF1α,IL-8 and LPO increased and NO decreased significantly at 18min after reperfusion.Conclusion The abnormal changes of inflammatory factors are the risk factors of thrombosis after ischemia-reperfusion of skeletal muscle.
