异黄酮衍生物的合成及其抑制人白细胞黏附作用

摘要 目的设计合成带α-亚甲基-γ-丁内酯结构的异黄酮衍生物并检测其抑制人白细胞黏附作用。方法以7-羟基异黄酮衍生物为原料,合成了13个未见文献报道的新化合物,用人多形核白细胞黏附性实验检测目标化合物的活性。结果与结论所合成的目标化合物对人多形核白细胞黏附有较明显的抑制作用。 Aim To synthesize isoflavone derivatives with α-methy-lene-γ-butyrolactone group and test their inhibition on the adherence of human neutrophils. Methods Thirteen new isoflavone derivatives with α-methylene- γ-butyrolactone ring at C-7 were designed and synthesized with 7-hydroxyisoflavone as starting material, and their inhibition on the adherence of human neutrophils was tested. Results and conclusion Target compounds synthesized had notable inhibition activity on the adherence of human neutrophils.
