三元共聚物MHV柴油低温流动改进剂的研究(英文) 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了柴油低温流动性改进剂MHV的合成和降凝助滤性能。以马来酸酐、醋酸乙烯酯和十六烯为原料单体,以甲苯作为溶剂,以过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,在恒温80℃下聚合(N2保护条件下)得到三元共聚物。同时,依据对胜利海科加氢0^#柴油石蜡的正构烷烃的碳数分布及含量的色谱分析结果,经过分子设计及制备,筛选混合醇比例进行醇解,制得理想柴油低温流动性改进剂MHV。通过柴油低温流动性能测试,制得的MHV用于胜利海科加氢0^#柴油,可降低其冷滤点4℃;与宜兴EVA复配使用,可降低其冷滤点8℃。MHV改进柴油低温流动性的效率由其自身结构和柴油正构烷烃的组分分布决定。 The synthesis and the evaluation of polymeric improver MHV for improving the low-temperature fluidity of tested diesel fuel were described. The improver MHV was prepared by the free-radical initiating polymerization with maleic anhydride, vinyl acetate and 1-hexadecene as the materials, and dibenzoyl peroxide as initiator in the toluene at 80℃. The terpolymer was then esterified at constant reflux temperature by higher alcohol mixture as alcoholysis agent, which was screened by the molecular design based on the content and the carbon number distribution of n-paraffin wax in diesel fuel. The hydrogenated diesel fuel from Shengli Haike corporation was used for evaluation of the prepared MHV. The influence of MHV structure and diesel fuel composition on the low-temperature fluidity of 0^# diesel fuel was studied. The results showed that the CFPP of 0^# diesel fuel 0^# was lowered by 4℃ when the MHV added as cold flow improver, and lowered by 8℃ when the mixture of MHV and EVA from Yixing chemical corporation added as cold flow improver. It was noted that the efficiency of MHV to improve low-temperature fluidity of diesel fuel was considerably influenced by MHV structure and the n-paraffin content and distribution in diesel fuel.
