摘要
采用躺滴法结合图像处理来测量界面张力较大体系的界面张力。为了提取图像中的有效信息,需要对获得的图像进行预处理。图像预处理包括图像的裁剪,以获得图像的核心部分;绘制出裁剪后图像的灰度直方图得到该幅图像的阈值;利用阈值法将图像二值化。对二值图像进行边缘检测得到其边界,再采用二次多项式拟合边界曲线,于是可以通过Bashforth-Adams方程计算得到该体系的界面张力。通过实验验证了该方法的计算结果具有较高的精度。
The sessile drop method and digital image analytical method were combined to determine the interfacial tension of system with larger interfacial tension. In order to acquire the effective information, the image should first be treated. The image treatment included that the image was cut to get its main part, the histogram of the gray image was drawn to get its threshold, by which a binary image was obtained. With the border of the binary image obtained by detecting its edge the edge curve was matched by the second degree polynomial. According to classic Bashforth-Adams equation and the image edge curve, the interracial tension of the system could be computed. Moreover, the preferable computational accuracy of the image processing was verified by experiment.
