摘要
介绍了一种基于线阵CCD的瓷砖尺寸在线视觉检测系统,对系统进行了设计,并提出了系统的标定方法。采用了一种改进的基于灰度矩的亚像素边缘定位算法对边缘进行了精确定位,随后根据边缘点数据拟合出瓷砖的角点,最终根据角点的相对位置求出瓷砖的各个尺寸参数。实验结果表明,该系统具有实时、非接触、速度快、精度高以及现场抗干扰能力强等优点,可以满足一般瓷砖在线尺寸检测的需要。
In this paper, an on-line vision system for inspecting dimension parameters of ceramic tile, which grabs the images scanned by linear CCD camera is introduced. The system is designed, and the method of system calibration is presented. The improved algorithm of sub-pixel edge location based on gray moment is used to locate the edge points exactly. The comers of ceramic tile are fitted by these edge points, then and the dimension parameters are figured out finally. Experiment results indicate that the system is real-time, non-contact, fast speed, high precision and strong anti-jamming, which can satisfy the need of on-line dimension inspecting of normal ceramic tile.
