桂枝附子汤对类风湿性关节炎大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子水平影响的研究

Effects of Guizhi Fuzi Tang on TNF-α in rheumatoid arthritis rats

[目的]探讨桂枝附子汤对类风湿性关节炎大鼠的治疗作用及其作用机理。[方法]用弗氏完全佐剂诱导大鼠佐剂性关节炎,观察病理改变及肿瘤坏死因子水平的变化。[结果]桂枝附子汤组肿瘤坏死因子水平较模型组明显降低,同时桂枝附子汤组病理改变得到控制,可见滑膜细胞增生和滑膜组织充血水肿减轻。[结论]桂枝附子汤能抑制滑膜炎症和血管翳的形成,对类风湿性关节炎有明显的治疗作用。

[ Objective] To explore the effects and Pharmacological active mechanism of Guizhi FUzi tang on rheumatoid arthritis rats. [ Methods ] The rats were given complete Freund＇ s adjuvant to induce adjuvant arthritis. Observe the pathology changes and contents changes of TNF -α. [ Results ] The contents of TNF-α lowered. It could be seen that synovial cells proliferation be reduced. And it show that congestion and edema of synovial tissue be reduced. [ Conclusions ] Guizhi FUzi tang can inhibit synovial membrane inflammation and formulation of blood vessels. Using Guizhi FUzi tang to treat rheumatoid arthritis can have obvious curative effects.
