摘要
目前治疗血栓性疾病安全且有效的方法是溶栓疗法。已临床使用的溶栓药物主要是纤溶酶原激活剂类,但还存在许多缺陷,因此新型溶栓药物的研制迫在眉睫。微生物是溶栓酶的重要来源,通过对国内外微生物来源溶栓药物的研究和开发状况进行分析和总结,为寻找新型的、相对廉价有效的溶栓药物提供了依据。
Thrombolytic therapy is safe and effective in curing thrombotic diseases at present. Plasminogen ac- tivators are widely used as thrombolytic drugs clinically, while they are far away from perfect and urgent re- quests call for development of new thrombolytic drugs. Microorganism is an important source of thrombolytic, by analyzing and summarizing research and development status of thrombolytic drugs from microorganisms at home and abroad, data of searching new and cheap thrombolytic drugs are put forward.
