摘要
目的:对芫花条的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法对芫花乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取部分进行化学成分研究,并利用UV,IR,~1H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,MS等光谱技术鉴定其化学结构。结果:从芫花条中分离得到了6个香豆素类化合物,经鉴定为伞形花内酯(1)、双白瑞香素(2)、瑞香素(3)、edgeworthin(4)、结香素(5)、伞形花内酯7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)。结论:化合物3~6为首次从芫花条中分得的香豆素类化合物。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the branches of Daphne genkwa Sieb. et Zucc. Methods:Column chromatography on Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20, and reerystallization were used for the isolation and purification of the constituents. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evidences. Results:From the crude CHCl3 fraction of the EtOH extract of the branches of D. genkwa, 6 coumarins were isolated and identified, which were umbelliferone (1) , daphnoretin (2) , daphnetin (3), edgeworthin (4), edgeworin (5) , and umbelliferone-7-O-β-D-glycoside (6). Conclusion: ICompounds 3--6 were isolated and identified from the branches of Daphne genkwa for the first time.
