摘要
WARF拥有人类胚胎干细胞的三个美国基础专利.2006年7月17日.美国的两家机构以"这三项专利不具备非显而易见性及阻碍了科学研究"为由,请求重新审查。本文追踪了该复审案的全过程,并对"非显而易见性"及"时科学研究的阻碍性"进行分析,认为USPTO应该最终支持WARF所持有的三项胚胎干细胞专利。
