摘要
本文介绍了转基因食品安全评估的实质等同性原则,按国际标准中对来源于重组DNA植物的食品安全评估的框架,从重组DNA植物描述、宿主植物描述、供体生物描述、基因修饰的特征、安全评价、代谢物的评价及需要考虑的其他因素等方面,阐述了对来源于重组DNA植物进行食品安全评估的主要内容和方法。
This article gives introduction on substantial equivalence principles on food safety assessment of food derived from genetic modified organisms. It also describes the main aspects and methods of safety assessment of the food derived from recombinant-DNA plants,including description of the recombinant-DNA plants,the host plant,and the charcaterization of the genetic modifications, safety assessment of expressed substance and other aspects concerned.
