摘要
多胺存在于一切细胞中,调控着细胞的生长、增殖、分裂和分化.本文着重阐述了多胶在真核生物DNA复制过程中对聚合酶和解旋酶的作用.
Polyamine is present all cells, it regulates and controls cellular growth, proliferation, division. The paper studies the role of polyamine on polymerase and unwinding enzyme in the process of DNA replication of Eucaryote.
