Regular Net and Geocoding Based New Model of City Management

城市管理是城市发展的永恒主题,近年来随着信息科学技术的发展,数字化信息化城市管理新模式应运而生。该模式以北京市东城区首创的万米网格城市管理模式为主,在城市管理中取得了明显的效果主要技术思想是运用地理编码技术将每个城市部件定位到万米网格单元中,实现了城市部件的定性、定量、定位管理;同时以万米网格单元为栽体,将城市管理的信息资源进行整合,达到信息共享融合的目的。本文即是将对这一技术思想进行深入的阐析。

City management is an everlasting subject of urban development. In recent years, along with the development of the information technology, the new model of digital city management has come into being. The myriameter grid city management model originated by Dongcheng District of Beijing Municipality is the main body of this model which achieved obvious effects in the city management. The main technical idea is to locate every city part in the unit of the myriameter grid using geocoding technology. In this way we can realize the quality, quantity and location management of the city part. Meanwhile, taking the myriameter grid unit as the carrier, we can integrate the information resources of the city management and attain the goal of the information sharing and integration. This paper discusses and analyzes this technical idea.
