节能型10万t/a甲醇装置的设计与运行

Design and Operation in Energy Conservation Type of Methanol Plant with a Capacity of 100000 t/a

介绍了山西丰喜肥业集团临猗分公司于2006年开始运行的节能型10万t/a甲醇装置的工程概况;从国产化程度、工艺路线、能量利用、工艺指标等方面论述了该甲醇装置的技术特点。结果表明,甲醇装置国产化率达到98%,各项综合技术经济指标均满足生产要求。

Author has introduced the project situation for energy conservation type of 100 000 t/a methanol plant for Lingqi Sub-company of Shanxi Fengxi Fertilizer lndustry Group Stock Corporation, which has put into operation in 2006 ; has discussed the technical feature of this methanol plant from aspects of nationalization degree, process line, energy utilization, and process index etc. Result indicates that each comprehensive and technical economic index meets the production requirement under the nationalization rate reaching to 98% for the methanol plant.
