摘要
针对尿素造粒塔尾气排放中的粉尘治理问题进行了探讨。从操作条件和造粒设备方面论述了尿素粉尘增多的影响因素;论述了减少粉尘生成和粉尘回收的方法和措施;讨论了喷淋洗涤除尘技术应用于回收尿素造粒塔尾气的可行性,结果表明,喷淋洗涤技术可以容易地将尾气排放中的粉尘质量分数降低到30 mg/m3以下,NH3含量可降低到10 mg/m3以下。
A Discussion was made for the problem about treating the powdery dust in tail gas discharged from the urea prilling tower. Author has discussed the effecting factors on increasing urea powdery dust from aspects of operating condition and prilling equipment etc. , has also discussed the method and measure about reducing the powdery dust generation and its recovery; has still discussed the application feasibility of spraying wash de-dust technology on the recovering the tail gas from urea prilling tower; the result indicates that the spraying wash de-dust technology can easily reduce the powdery dust quality factor to below 30 mg/m^3 and the ammonia content in the tail gas discharged to below 10 mg/m^3
